Join PEAK Grantmaking and Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy (EPIP) for a three-part learning and professional development series where we’ll explore career pathways in philanthropy, equity as an essential competency for emerging leaders, and tools for effective self-advocacy and pay equity in your career journey. The first session, A Leader Salon on Career Pathways in Philanthropy, is scheduled for August 2, and the third session, Practical Tools for Self-Advocacy and Pay Equity, is scheduled for September 9.
In the second session of our learning series, Bianca Anderson and Monica Biswas will walk you through ProInspire’s soon-to-be released Leadership Model for Race Equity Impact, which supports individuals and organizations in identifying how their practices can create and sustain race equity experiences and outcomes within the social sector. Explore how understanding inequities, aligning values, centering relationships, and cultivating inner well-being are core values leaders need to advance equity.
The presentation is primarily designed for emerging leaders in philanthropy who have an interest in accelerating race equity through their organizational roles and responsibilities.
This virtual session is designed to be interactive, so engagement is encouraged for the benefit of all attendees.
Register through PEAK Grantmaking's website, linked below. The program is free and open to any EPIP or PEAK members.
