Courses prices vary. Details: The NYU Academy for Grantmaking and Funder Education is a division of the NYU George Heyman Jr. Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising. The Academy program is targeted to both individual philanthropists and foundation professionals. As we celebrate Black History Month, questions about its purpose will inevitably arise in the public discourse as they do every year. People who buy into the erroneous idea of a post-racial America believe that it’s irrelevant or even harmful. Others argue that setting aside one month ends up diminishing the 400-year old historical legacy of Black Americans.

EPIP in NOLA has three program tracks that encourage a broad range of topics and emphasize the learning goals of EPIP members. Priority will be given to proposals that speak to our focus on social justice, build valuable professional skills, encourage interactivity and highlight innovative problem-solving.
