Philanthropy Massachusetts (PMA) is seeking a Vice President, Member Programs & Engagement (VP) to serve as a senior member of the executive leadership team. This role leads the strategy, design, and execution of high-quality programs that deliver an exceptional member experience and strengthen the philanthropy ecosystem.

Position details:
Reports to: CEO
Location: Massachusetts (hybrid – 3 days in office, including Thursday “all in” day)
Travel: Local/regional meetings and conferences several times annually
Experience required: 8+ years senior level experience leading programs or member services, including team management
Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 (firm), plus benefits
Role breakdown: Program 60% / Strategy 20% / Operations 20%

Member experience and program quality
Program strategy, design, and implementation
Data, learning, and insights
Policy and civic engagement coordination
Executive and organizational leadership
