AchieveMission seeks nominations and applications of qualified individuals to join its nonprofit leadership development and human capital management consulting group as a Partner. This position is available due to growth fueled by AchieveMission’s success in improving clients’ capacity for social impact; positive client references and referrals; vibrant foundation partnerships; and a growing body of quality thought leadership.

Joining a dynamic and growing consulting group, the new Partner will lead teams of human capital management and organizational effectiveness consultants in AchieveMission’s work for nonprofit and foundation clients; build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to the firm’s knowledge and advocacy agenda; represent AchieveMission to the sector; and contribute to broader firm development and growth.

The ideal candidate will bring together four essential strengths: deep expertise in a broad range of human capital management areas, leadership development and organizational effectiveness best practices; familiarity with all facets of consulting or related professional services, including demonstrated ability to establish and build relationships with executives in a “valued advisor” role; significant experience in and passion for the nonprofit sector; and the ability to add diverse points of view and frames of reference to consulting and leadership teams. These combined capabilities will enable the Partner to deliver outstanding, high-impact consulting services; develop new nonprofit and foundation client and funding partnerships; weigh in on thought leadership; and contribute as a key member of AchieveMission’s leadership team.

Like his/her colleagues, this individual will be passionate about helping clients realize measurable increases in mission impact; dedicated to creating and sharing knowledge; and grounded in candor and data-driven decision-making. S/he will be comfortable leveraging and adapting leadership development and human capital management practices honed and proven in the corporate and public sectors, as well as creating innovative solutions tailored to unique nonprofit sector and individual client needs.

AchieveMission is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit consulting firm founded in 2009 with a mission to dramatically increase the impact of organizations by improving their capacity for human capital management and leadership development. The organization envisions a high-performing social sector where best practices in leadership and human capital are as expected as is today the case with strategic plans, logic models, and evaluation—and has honed its approach through its work with more than 50 nonprofit and foundation clients, and by building a nationwide team that is now comprised of experienced consultants supported by a small administrative staff.
