ABOUT THE POSITION

TCC Group is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a senior level Director. We are looking for someone who has a passion and vision for delivering effective services to the social sector. This person should have extensive experience - deep reach into, knowledge of, and contacts throughout – with a diverse array of foundations and the ability to lead client consulting engagements, business development efforts, and team management.  This person should have skills and interests in areas such as leading program strategy assignments, strategic planning with foundations, and addressing foundation policy issues.  We welcome forward-thinking service ideas that address emerging needs in philanthropy.   

We are seeking someone with consulting experience who can not only perform high-quality client work, but who also has a proven track record in attracting business and has a strong reputation of expertise in the philanthropy strategy, grants management, and/or philanthropy sector building/strengthening arena.  This person should be a strong strategist, a strong team leader, and compelling marketer of the firm’s services.  

TCC Group’s main office is in New York City and we also have an office in Philadelphia, but it is possible for this person to work remotely, with regular trips to New York; s/he/they will likely work on projects across the country once it is safe to travel again.  

COMPENSATION

The estimated starting salary for this position is $175,000, with the potential for an annual bonus.  We welcome an open discussion with all interested candidates about the full compensation package.
