Culture is a key driver of impact in our nonprofit and philanthropy sectors. Each organization’s culture drives the depth of impact we can create together, and building that culture starts with every unique individual in our respective organizations embodying inclusive behaviors.
We are at a crucial inflection point where inclusive work environments, inclusive philanthropy policies, and social justice work are no longer nice-to-haves, but must-haves in the world of impact. Join us as we learn how to emerge as inclusive leaders and create the equitable, justice-driven nonprofit and philanthropic worlds we all wish to see.
Join EPIP Bay Area, YNPNsfba, and AAPIP Bay Area for a 90 minute interactive session for nonprofit and philanthropy leaders of all levels to learn more about DEIB and how to take action.
