Position Summary:

RSF Social Finance seeks to hire a full-time Human Resources Manager. This position oversees all human resources and facilities activities, budgets, and policies. Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding processes, employee benefits, semi-monthly payroll and leaves of absence, and workplace safety, and collaborates to develop and execute organizational culture, diversity & inclusion, and training & development efforts. This position supervises the Senior HR Associate and Office Coordinator.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the HR Manager position at RSF Social Finance is familiar with all aspects of HR work, and understands that HR policies are for the benefit of maintaining a healthy organizational culture. The candidate should enjoy forming and maintaining relationships across staff and take great care to keep sensitive personnel matters confidential.  We would expect the HR manager to participate in imagining and planning for future personnel needs as part of organizational design.

A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in human resources is required; PHR/SPHR Certification a plus.
