How can we recognize existing power structures and partner meaningfully within communities to create change? When working with groups of people who come from a wide range of ideologies, roles, cultures, relationships and expectations, Liberating Structures (LS) can help us lean into complexity, bringing experience and connection to the collaboration process.

EPIP Colorado is excited to partner with Anna Jackson, MSSW of Alpinista Consulting and Lynda Frost, J.D., Ph.D. of Lynfro Consulting, our facilitators for this workshop. This interactive skill-building session will provide an overview of the LS suite of facilitation tools, and give us an opportunity to dig-in and try out some of the microstructures. These simple, easy to learn tools can help build trust among groups and foster active participation among all participants.
