We’re over a year into quarantine since the pandemic launched us into a shutdown. No doubt this is grating on our time, energy, and mental health. We find ourselves steeped in a culture of workism that has now taken up residence in our homes 24/7. We know that a face mask and breathing exercises don’t change going back to the same old grind. So, what can we do? Our own Angela Sanchez has some ideas.
This session will provide practical tips and strategies that EPIPers can start using to get some of our own health and mental wellbeing back under our control. Attendees will learn how to:
• Be jealous with your time.
• Be protective of your boundaries.
• Utilize affirmative and transparent language.
• Manage accountability strategies to grow these skills into habits.
