The current COVID-19 pandemic has left many of us feeling unsettled. The requirement to physically distance ourselves has upended much of what we’re used to doing – our routines, our hobbies, and how we interact with each other – for over 7 weeks. And on top of that, many of us have had to adjust to the new reality of working from home and the varying expectations and flexibilities from our organizations that come along with that.
Join EPIP Bay Area for an opportunity to share about how you are taking care of yourself in this moment. What tools, practices, habits have made your daily life a little easier? What or who has brought you joy? Have you learned anything new about yourself or the people you live with? What do you hope to take with you forward when life gets back to “normal”?
Following our discussion we’ll be joined by Dan Zigmond, Director of Data Science at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (and also a Zen meditation teacher!) to lead us in a short meditation.
