Whether you’ve been contemplating big systemic change or how your internal departments can communicate better, it seems to be an occupational hazard to continuously assess how we can improve our current workplace and the philanthropic community we are engaged with.
Join EPIP-NY on April 19 from 6 – 8 pm for a hands-on workshop geared towards relying on our strong peer network to strategize around how to kick-start the change you want to see today. We hope to capitalize on the unique roles within our EPIP community to assist in developing plans of action for proposing change within your organization. This workshop will provide you with a framework to organize your thinking around an issue as well as peer-coaching to spark your creative thinking and get you started.
We look forward to collectively laying the ground work for thinking outside the box and making philanthropy even more reflective of the communities we want to live and thrive in.
This workshop will be led by EPIP-NY Steering Committee members:
• Shawn Durbin, Grants User Support Specialist, Open Society Foundations
• Allyson Goldhagen, Assistant Director of Member Services, Philanthropy New York
