ABOUT THE POSITION
The Director, Evaluation and Operations is responsible for overseeing and implementing systems that organize, document, and evaluate all of Community Impact’s grantmaking and programs, totaling approximately $20 million. This new role will work closely with the Senior Director of Community Impact and with all team members, supporting them in their grantmaking and designing and implementing systems that bring together different strategies, data, and methodologies across the department. The Director will collaborate closely with the Director of Data and Operations to ensure process alignment, strategize on new systems solutions, and create a shared reporting and data collecting language across the organization. The Director will be the source of information and primary liaison to other departments inside Federation, ensuring that Community Impact provides what it should in order to help Federation communicate its impact, and will ensure that Community Impact is connecting robustly to grantee partners and Jewish organizations more generally, shaping and streamlining communication. In these roles, the Director will need skills and competencies at both implementing support systems and leading across peers and a team.
COMPENSATION
$110,000 - $120,000
