Associate, Development

Education Trust—West (ETW) seeks an Associate, Development to join our Development & Financial Planning team. The Associate, Development will join a staff at Ed Trust who are committed to fulfilling a mission of closing opportunity gaps that disproportionately affect students of color and students from low-income backgrounds.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Associate, Development serves in a supporting role within the Development & Financial Planning team, contributing to fundraising efforts primarily focused on institutional grant makers and some individual donors to meet annual budget goals and position the organization for long-term sustainability. 

 

This role is available immediately. We have a strong preference for this role to be based in our Oakland office, but we are open to having the role based in our Sacramento office. This role is eligible for telework for up to 3 days per week. The Associate, Development reports to the Senior Director of Development & Financial Planning. 

 

COMPENSATION

This position falls in Level A of our salary structure for our California office. Although the full salary range for the position is $53,760 - $80,640, we expect the hiring salary range for this position to be between $53,760 and $60,480, based on skills, experience, and internal equity. Note: New hires rarely, if ever, are offered at the top of the full salary range to allow for salary growth over time in the role.
