Emily Kessler recently served as EPIP’s Interim Executive Director in 2015 and currently advises nonprofit and social impact organizations on strategy and program design. Emily is the former Executive Director of the Joukowsky Family Foundation and former Co-Director of the NYC Venture Philanthropy Fund. She will receive a M.S. in Organizational Change Management from The New School in May 2016. Emily is passionate about designing workspaces, systems and strategies to help individuals and teams harness their talents and temperaments to learn, grow and succeed.
