Lupita Gonzalez, MS, CPC

Lupita is an executive coach who empowers individuals and teams to articulate their vision, identify their values, set goals they are passionate about, create a plan for development, and conquer professional and personal barriers. Lupita’s clients describe her as a “compassionate and very intuitive coach who cleverly draws out the power in her clients.”

In 2010, Lupita initiated and contributed to the development of the multicultural coaching curriculum in, Pathways for Igniting Personal and Social Change, for Coaching for Transformation, accredited and approved by the International Coaching Federation.

 She is a senior associate at Support Center/Partnership in Philanthropy and serves on the Nonprofit Excellence Awards Selection Committee and on the Talent Philanthropy Project Advisory Council.
