Position Summary:

RSF Social Finance seeks to hire a full-time Training and Support Coordinator responsible for coordinating and conducting staff education and training related to systems across the organization. This position also produces and maintains documentation for RSF systems; provides tier 1 systems, desktop, and webinar support to internal and external users; and supports monthly and quarterly client statement processing.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a minimum 2 years’ combination of work experience in a training coordinator role and experience providing systems and desktop support. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree required.

Successful candidates will have experience creating curricula and training, strong public speaking skills, particularly for delivering staff training presentations, will manage time effectively and respond appropriately to changing circumstances and priorities. Ideal candidates will have excellent math and analytical skills, working knowledge of finance and accounting terms, and exceptional in-person and phone customer service skills.

Work/volunteer experience in the nonprofit or social finance sector is desirable. The application deadline is Friday, May 6th.
