G4GC is seeking a strategic and equity-driven Senior Director of Operations to lead and strengthen its internal infrastructure. Reporting to the Vice President, this experienced leader will oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term systems that support G4GC’s people, programs, and partnerships.

Core functions include office management, events planning, compliance, technology, and administrative operations.
