The Philanthropic Impact Advisor (PIA) role builds and strengthens long-term relationships with key donors, prospects, and fund advisors on behalf of California Community Foundation (CCF). The PIA will lead one-on-one consultations, advise on best practices in philanthropic giving, and connect donors to aligned CCF initiatives to enhance their overall donor experience. This role combines frontline fundraising with project management: The PIA will manage a dynamic portfolio, advance multiple priorities simultaneously, and deliver high-quality, solutions-oriented client service. Success in this role requires proactively identifying both isolated and systemic issues affecting the donor journey and partnering across teams to implement effective, sustainable improvements. The ideal candidate will have major gifts experience with high net-worth donors and individuals across Los Angeles County and will have a demonstrated track record of raising gifts of $100,000 and above.
