Over the past year, I've had the chance to talk with many of you about your experiences in philanthropy -- what inspires you, what frustrates you, and how you're thinking about your future in the field. Now, to help inform our work going forward, we are conducting a survey to help ground what we've heard in deeper data.

Anyone working for a social change organization can take the survey. The survey is anonymous and should take 10-20 minutes to complete. It will remain open until Wednesday, March 15th.

Topics covered include:

• Your engagement and leadership at work (your organization will not be named)

• Your ability to bring your full self to the office

• Your organization's relationship with the organizations and communities you serve, and

• Your thoughts on philanthropy and the social sector as a whole.

We'll use the results of this survey to promote practices that help support the success of diverse, emerging leaders in our field. We'll also share the results of the survey back to you and with our institutional members so that we can strategize together and, where appropriate, help you advocate for yourself and your peers.
