The Foundation is seeking a learning associate to work collaboratively with staff to lead a Foundation-wide leaning approach and a set of prioritized activities in support of continuous quality improvement and impact. Working closely with the Foundation’s emergent strategy efforts and staff across the organization, the learning associate will support activities that promote a learning orientation as central to the culture, one in which leadership and staff fully value and recognize learning as a priority, share a common language, and are able to create an atmosphere of trust, curiosity, and exploration. As with staff at all levels of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Research-Evaluation-Learning staff are expected to demonstrate a passionate commitment to the Foundation’s mission of building a Culture of Health and to the guiding principles and promise that undergird that mission.

The successful candidate will have a combination of education and/or experience equivalent to a Master's degree in public health or a related health, behavioral or social science field and two (2) years related experience and/or training in health or health care related field.
