ABOUT THE POSITION
The Senior Manager of Staffing will lead the staffing function for our US Consulting Impact Unit, track current staffing assignments and project pipelines, and identify capacity concerns. This role will partner closely with the Business Development function to identify and communicate the connection between sales and broader human capital capacity and will collaborate with members of the People team to coordinate and align professional development efforts for US Consulting staff. The Senior Manager of Staffing will incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all aspects of our talent strategy.
