ABOUT THE POSITION
The Human Resources Coordinator supports and facilitates the human resources processes at PFS. This role assists with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, benefits administration and reporting and recordkeeping for all HR-related activities. The Human Resources Coordinator works with the VP of Finance and HR to ensure that all HR activities are undertaken in accordance with local, state and federal regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This position reports to the VP of Finance and Human Resources.
Salary Range: $36/hour - $42/hour, DOE PFS is committed to paying competitive wages. In an effort to increase equity, and because we know that salary negotiations tend to have an unfair bias, we do not participate in salary negotiations outside of this stated starting salary range.
