ABOUT THE POSITION

Support the launch and building of The Just Trust, working closely with the Strategy and Operations lead and the Executive Director to develop the organization’s first year of grant making, annual budgeting process, organizational systems, policies and procedures, and recruiting and hiring new staff. 

COMPENSATION

The salary for this role is $120,000-140,000, depending on experience.
