ABOUT THE POSITION

The Director of Grants Manager is an internal service provider who thrives as a subject matter expert working to “get to yes”. The ideal candidate has leadership style that enables colleagues to do their best work on behalf of the organization’s grantees, fiscally sponsored projects, and donors.

The primary skillset candidates will bring is deep and broad experience implementing grant management processes, procedures, and policies within a foundation or nonprofit organization, along with strong understanding of best practices in grantmaking.  As a leader within the organization, RLF’s Director of Grants Management has outstanding decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills with experience providing oversight for grantmaking compliance. Candidates will have a strong commitment to good data management and data governance practices with strong technical skills including grants management and/or constituent relationship management (CRM) system administration, system configuration, and maintenance; knowledge of AkoyaGO, Microsoft Dynamics, and PowerBI is a plus. Leadership skills include a high degree of professionalism and accountability, strong collaboration skills, excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

COMPENSATION

$140,000 - $160,000
