ABOUT THE POSITION

Chicago Art Department (CAD) seeks a creative and goal-oriented Development Manager to work closely with the Program Manager and Board of Directors to plan and lead existing and new fundraising strategies. This is a new position and department, for the organization during a time when CAD is building momentum towards a new chapter of work. 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has related experience or an adaptable skill set to help the organization develop new fundraising efforts and an identity for the development department. The Development Manager will work with the Managing Director to shape organization-wide funding strategy. 

COMPENSATION

High 30s to mid 40s depending on experience, with medical benefits
