goal-driven and self-motivated, with significant experience in fund development to join our team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Development Director will grow, cultivate, sustain, and develop robust relationships with CVI’s donor network to significantly increase CVI’s operations revenue and overall impact. This position will supervise a Development and Outreach Coordinator and reports to the Executive Director.

COMPENSATION

Salary range is $52,000- $80,000 and will be dependent upon experience.
