ABOUT THE POSITION

The LADF Associates Program was designed to further support the mission of LADF by assisting with the foundation’s work across all of its functional areas: development, programs, marketing & communications, grantmaking and operations.  Associates actively engage with the local community and expand the reach of the organization’s impact throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. 

The LADF Associates Program is a highly competitive, paid, year-long program designed to provide college and graduate students with both professional and personal development in a nonprofit sports team foundation setting. Alongside LADF's staff, Associates work across all LADF’s departments, gaining insight into its programs, development, communications and operations activities. 

We are seeking individuals who align with our mission and core values and are ready to join us in this exciting and important work.

Please note that the 2022 Associates Program will be both virtual and in-person, and will follow all LA County health and safety guidelines.
