Program Officer of Knowledge Sharing (TF)

Trellis Foundation is hiring a Program Officer of Knowledge Sharing. This newly created position will support the Foundation’s program team in both identifying grant learnings and sharing them broadly in the field. Internally, this position will provide analysis and summaries of grantee learnings, gleaned from grantee reports, for Foundation staff use in program adjustment and in identifying practices and policies to distribute to the field. The role is responsible for implementing the Foundation’s grantee knowledge-sharing strategy by developing a communication plan, drafting content and organizing the external dissemination through newsletters, annual reports and social media posts. We welcome applicants with experience (lived and/or professional) in assisting the foundation’s priority populations (students of color, students from low-income backgrounds, Opportunity Youth, justice-impacted individuals) to succeed in postsecondary education.
