Program Coordinator (TP)

The Phoenix’s mission is to build a sober active community that fuels resilience and harnesses the transformational power of connection so that together we rise, recover, and live. Through activities such as CrossFit, climbing, hiking, yoga, boxing, and meditation, participants build confidence, self-respect, and community. The Phoenix offers free programs for anyone with 48 hours of sobriety, operating in 43 communities across 22 states and for people around the globe virtually. Since 2006, we have served 43,000 individuals.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You're a natural relationship builder with relevant local connections and experience leading social or fitness-related activities. You're passionate about recovery from substance use disorder and believe in the power of community. You'e seen the challenges that stigma creates and want to help us fight them. This position will focus on volunteer and team member recruitment, building partnerships in the local sober community, and leading activities such as CrossFit, yoga, kickboxing, art nights, book clubs, and socials. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple technology platforms, especially Salesforce.
