Director of Institutional Giving (IP)

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Indivisible Project is hiring a Director of Institutional Giving. This position will lead institutional fundraising at Indivisible, meeting ambitious multi-million dollar annual targets by stewarding existing donors, cultivating new foundation and other institutional donor grants, and leading grants management in the organization. The position will also help the Development Team continue to build a strong, inclusive team culture.

The dynamic Indivisible development team is overseeing a multi-channel fundraising program that has grown tremendously in its first 4.5 years. We are excited to bring in a new team member who can help us build on this success by cultivating institutional donors – including public foundations, family foundations, and other institutional funders – who share our values and are passionate about democracy reform, grassroots organizing, civic leadership and civic education, and/or progressive policy issues.
