ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced, organized go-getter to join the Development and Fundraising team as a Development Manager for Grants and Institutional Relations. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate all institutional grants awarded to the organization. He/she will serve as the first writer on most reports, proposals, and LOIs. Lead efforts to identify and renew revenue utilizing advanced fundraising techniques, including grant management and prospect research.

This position will report to the Deputy Director of Development and will be a member of the union with compensation determined by the union compensation structure.
