ABOUT THE POSITION

The Development Director will report to the Chief Operating Officer and serve as a member of Civic Consulting Alliance’s growing Development and Communications Team (which also includes our Senior Associate of Development and Communications, with part-time support from an Operations Associate, and a client-facing Associate Principal, and Associate). Furthermore, they will collaborate closely with Civic Consulting Alliance’s leadership (Chief Executive Officer, Management Team, and Board) to develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization’s strategic plan.
We expect that the success of this Development Director will rely on achieving excellence in three areas:

• Innovating to develop and implement responsive strategies for fundraising
• Modeling a holistic and authentic approach to developing meaningful and lasting relationships with Civic Consulting Alliance donors
• Thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization that relies on close collaboration
