ABOUT THE POSITION
The Capacity Building Team at REDF is hiring! We’re looking for a new Manager to provide capacity building services – in the form of customized technical assistance projects, coaching, and content creation – to REDF’s social enterprise grantees across all of our different programs. Working with a team of CBT staffers and expert consultants, the Manager will collaborate closely with social enterprise executive teams to identify key challenges and opportunities, design potential solutions, and then execute on those activities. The Manager will have an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects with a diverse set of partners, and in a team environment that provides ample opportunity for skill-building and professional growth. The Manager will also contribute regularly towards internal strategy projects, REDF’s learning agendas, and our work around racial equity.
