ABOUT THE POSITION
The Business Marketing Manager will act as strategic lead responsible for building and managing integrated marketing programs and budgets that deliver measurable business results for our P & L business lines. Responsible for working closely with senior leadership across the organization in the creation and cross-functional execution of marketing plans to support prioritized business plans and deliver on shared goals. Responsible for aligning marketing initiatives to business results by leading go-market-teams for each of the P & L businesses with hard line to marketing and accountability to key business areas. Expected to develop a deep understanding of the markets we serve and act as the voice of the customer for key audiences in our markets through partnership with business leaders across the organization. Required to collaborate with marketing and other functional areas to develop strategic functional plans (PR, Social, Content, Digital, Creative, etc.) to ensure that they are integrated, prioritized, and resourced to meet commitments and deliver on business objectives. Responsible for providing ongoing oversight of plan effectiveness by tracking and measuring results to ensure that marketing objectives are being met and optimized as needed to deliver maximum results. Expected to manage the marketing budget for each of the P&L plans and oversee expenses for all initiatives under purview.
