Longview is looking for a Head of Development Operations to build the systems and data environment that a rapidly scaling advisory and grantmaking organisation relies on. This isn’t a role where you inherit a polished machine—you’ll be creating it. You’ll lay the foundations of a development operations function that can support an organisation on track to steward $100m+ annually, with a bespoke model serving UHNW donors making seven-, eight-, and nine-figure gifts.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Partnerships Officer, Advisors, Grantmaking, Finance, and Operations to make sure our donor and grant information is clean, reliable, and useful—helping the organisation understand what’s happening across all our philanthropic vehicles and where our attention should go next. A big part of the job is making the work easier for others: designing tools that feel intuitive, embedding practices people genuinely adopt, and shaping a data environment that supports great advising and great decision-making.
