The Grants and Compliance Manager/Associate will work within the Operations team to process outgoing and incoming grants, and help ensure Longview’s grantmaking is efficient, compliant, and well-coordinated across teams. In 2026, we aim to double the amount of grants we process. The Manager/Associate will also help ensure organizational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Note that depending on the candidate’s experience, we may offer this role at the Manager or Associate level.
