Tutors Impacting Public Schools (TIPS) seeks a collaborative visionary leader to build on our success as a K-12 educational partner connecting caring, culturally responsive tutors with students, classrooms, and schools. If you’re ready to lead with vision and humility to build on a foundation shaped by people who’ve done the work firsthand, we’d love to connect.
This role is special – our next Executive Director will lead creatively for growth and sustainability to extend our impact across the Puget Sound. You will support our deeply knowledgeable, highly effective program team and well-trained tutor corps to implement contracts with year over year retention, while partnering with a committed board to develop and execute a shared vision and impact plan, fundraising strategy, and relationships to take our work to the next level.
