Join us for the Q4 gathering of EPIP's Emerging Women of Color Community of Practice! Throughout 2025, we have explored the theme of planting and nurturing seeds of growth, community, and care. During our final gathering of the year, we will center on joy, celebrating all that we've seeded, nurtured, grown, and accomplished throughout the year. Through personal reflections, small, and large group conversations, we will reflect on our growth and use that joy to sustain us into the new year.
Meet our Facilitators!

Iman Mills Gordon, Director of Liberatory Programs

Nikki Dinh, Executive Director
This session will be led by Iman Mills Gordon and Nikki Dinh of Leadership Learning Community. Leadership Learning Community (LLC) is a nonprofit organization that works with changemakers. We invite leaders, especially those from historically and currently excluded communities like Black, Indigenous, immigrant, people of color, LGBTQIA+ and people with disabilities, to live out the compelling vision of liberation - one which seeks power, joy, and thriving for all people. To do this, they facilitate and encourage the unlearning of oppressive structures, the engagement of communities of practice that create new cultural norms, and the development of tools and frameworks that allow us to align our values to actions. LLC holds playful, joyful, and intentional spaces for leaders to run, fund, and study practices that are rooted in deep equity and collective liberation (rather than systemic oppression).
EPIP Communities of Practice are designed for EPIP members. As a special offering, this session is open to both members and non-members. Questions about our communities of practice or whether this is a good fit for you? Reach out to [email protected].
