Remember the developmental courses in college that helped prepare many of us for the 100-400 level courses required throughout our undergraduate career? Well, this webinar is the equivalent of that in philanthropy. Philanthropy 098: The Things No One Told You will help school you on some of the unspoken realities of working in the field.
This webinar is for you if:
- If you are new-ish (0-3 years) to the field of philanthropy and are looking for unfiltered advice, lessons and best practices from peers on how to navigate the industry.
- If you work on a small team an are the newbie, youngest or the "only" among seasoned pros and are looking to expand your network of support with peers who just get it.
- If you've been in the field for a while and are responsible for recruiting, hiring, on-boarding or managing team members new to the field.
