EPIP Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Chapter of PEAK Grantmaking are teaming up to offer a follow-up to our April 2021 session on Reducing Bias in Grantmaking. Participants will be split into breakout rooms for three small-group conversations about risk tolerance and due diligence, decision making processes, and flexible reporting. Attendees will be asked to share what you’re currently doing in each of these areas, what you want to do, and what questions you have. We’ll get to benefit from the lessons and expertise of our peers as we all work toward more equitable practices in philanthropy.
