EPIP Colorado is excited to partner with Brenda J. Allen, Ph.D. for Inclusive Leadership Matters. This interactive workshop will encourage, empower, and equip participants to improve knowledge, skills, and attitudes associated with inclusive leadership in philanthropy. Dr. Allen will define inclusive leadership, explain why inclusive leadership matters to philanthropy, and describe traits and practices of highly inclusive leaders. She will also explore with us how to enact inclusive leadership individually and within our organizations and the sector. The session is designed for all philanthropy professionals, regardless of their formal role.
