EPIP STL | May Lunch & Learn

In 2018, on every 4^th Tuesday of the month, different members of our EPIP St. Louis community will lead monthly discussion on a particular topic or article. Bring a lunch, grab a friend and come prepared to meet new people and discuss ways to move the sector forward.

This month's discussion will focus on racial equity & grantmaking, led by our very own Alyssa Curran - Program Officer at Missouri Foundation for Health and EPIP St. Louis Programming Co-Chair. Alyssa wrote an article for PEAK Grantmaking titled "Racially Equitable Grantmaking, No Longer a Choice" highlighting strategies for grantmaking with a racial equity lens. Give it a read and we'll discuss together both the possibilities of, and the points of tension when, implementing these kinds of strategies in our work.
