In 2018, on every 4th Tuesday of the month, different members of our EPIP St. Louis community will lead monthly discussion on a particular topic or article. A light lunch will be provided. Grab a friend and come prepared to meet new people and discuss ways to move the sector forward.
This month's discussion will center on Grantee Voice, led by Kristin Cowart - Senior Project Director, Children’s Services at MHB and EPIP St. Louis Co-Chair. Kristin has been working with other local funders to envision a St. Louis philanthropic community that is relational and honors the voices and perspectives of grantees. At last year's Change Philanthropy Unity Summit, a key takeaway was the intentional shift for philanthropy to engage in transformational vs. transactional relationships. Join us for a robust discussion and thoughtful dialogue on our roles in funder-grantee relationships.
