Didn't make it to the EPIP Conference in Detroit?  That's ok!

Join us on August 28th to talk about the highlights and key takeaways from the EPIP National Conference in Detroit. We’ll start with an informal panel of attendees who can share what they’ve learned and answer questions. We’ll also spend some time talking about EPIP’s new report, Dissonance & Disconnects: How entry and mid-level foundation staff see their futures, their institutions, and their field. The evening will conclude with a brainstorming session as we start to think about how LA fits into this national conversation and the role that EPIP LA can play with its programming.

In advance of the event, please take some time to review EPIP’s report, Dissonance & Disconnects. It was released following a survey to better understand the workplace experiences of EPIP members and their peers. The report focuses on themes including participants’ experiences at work, the alignment between their institutions’ practices and their values, and how participants see their futures in the sector. The results may surprise you.
