In this intensive workshop experience, participants will be introduced to the methodologies that designers use to tackle problems across a range of scale, time, and perspectives. Through a series of exercises this workshop will challenge conventional thinking about problem-solving and also introduce powerful tools derived from strategic foresight that enable organizations to think critically about the future. Participants will leave with a greater confidence for utilizing, integrating, and communicating these new tools and processes to prioritize funding initiatives, influence decisions, and ensure grantee impact.
