EPIP Is Hiring!

EPIP has partnered with McNeil Creative Enterprises to seek three dynamic leaders to join our growing team. EPIP has experienced tremendous growth and transition since the implementation of the 2017 Strategic Plan, and with an eye towards the next 20 years of our work to empower and engage emerging leaders in the philanthropic sector, we are building a team that will assist us in the next chapter of our evolution.

These three individuals will be key contributors towards EPIP’s long-term growth and expanded service towards our members and the sector and the positions are all full-time, remote positions, based in the United States. The Director of Membership and Communications will oversee strategies that enhance EPIP's membership, communications, and external brand, with a specific focus on membership engagement, strategic communications, and data management and reporting. The Director will strategize with stakeholders to lead data-driven discussions to elevate member value, enhance awareness of EPIP's brand, and advance the mission. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating and executing magnetic membership strategies, onboarding new members, and influencing sustainability through values-driven marketing. Salary: $115,000 - $125,000.

The Director of Advancement will be hands-on and responsible for developing and implementing a strategic fundraising plan that builds upon EPIP's current portfolio of donors while creating interest for additional corporate, foundation, and individual donors to become consistent contributors supporting EPIP's mission. EPIP has experienced tremendous growth and transition since the implementation of the 2017 Strategic Plan. EPIP's Director of Advancement will help lead the organization in its next financial and organizational growth phase, providing vision and leadership in creating and implementing a fundraising strategy that contributes to the organization's long-term financial sustainability. Salary: $115,000 - $125,000.

The Chief of Staff will support EPIP's internal operations, providing strategic oversight, project management, and communication throughout the organization to support EPIP's continued growth, effectiveness, and impact. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Executive Director, staff leadership, and the Board of Directors to manage executive communication and design systems, policies, and procedures supporting the organization. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will serve as a champion of organizational culture and staff learning. Salary: $100,000 -$125,000.
