With the COVID-19 pandemic continuing to impact our everyday lives, many employees are feeling the push to go back to their workplace as their organizations develop policies focused on a return to in-person work. Acknowledging that the work to create more inclusive workplaces was happening well before the pandemic, this moment in time provides an opportunity to pause, reflect, and imagine more equitable ways of working together that center disability justice.
Please join EPIP Boston on September 19, 2022 for a virtual panel discussion focused on building more inclusive working environments for all and featuring the following leaders of the disability justice movement:
- Ellice Patterson - Founder/Executive & Artistic Director of Abilities Dance
- Kerry Thompson - Inclusion & Accessibility Development Manager at Disability Rights Fund & Executive Director of Silent Rhythms
- Sandy Ho - Program Director of the Disability Inclusion Fund, Borealis Philanthropy
CART services will be provided during the event.
