Repair is seeking a dynamic and strategic inaugural Director to lead the launch and growth of the Orange County hub. This leader will be responsible for the strategic direction, programmatic excellence, and sustainable growth of Repair’s presence in Orange County. They will champion Repair’s mission locally and will expand our reach by cultivating strong community connections and engaging diverse Jewish audiences in impactful service.
The City Director will build and sustain partnerships with local Jewish and service organizations, manage the annual programming calendar, lead Service Corps cohorts and engage Repair alumni to mobilize their peers in ongoing service and learning. They will be a talented experienced experiential Jewish educator, who is deeply committed to maintaining and strengthening community collaborations.
