Full Circle Fund seeks an experienced professional to lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for the organization as our first-ever Director of Marketing & Strategic Communications.

This is a full-time position based in Oakland, CA (remote during COVID) with a salary of $120K/yr and excellent benefits.

We're looking for an ambitious, creative, and mission-oriented storyteller to catalyze our capacity to communicate more compellingly about our work, elevating our model for community-driven philanthropy and sharing the collective impact of our Members and Grant Partners. Our ideal candidate is someone who will be energized by the opportunity not only to use their creativity and technical expertise in service to our mission, but also to provide leadership and inspiration to our executive team as a real thought partner, specially as we deepen and expand our work to respond to our community during this time of crisis and potential for lasting social change.

With expertise and knowledge in fields such as brand and campaign development, content marketing, web analytics, online fundraising, and event marketing, the Director of Marketing & Strategic Communications will be responsible for managing all marketing and communications in support of FCF’s mission and its Grant Partners and Members. Reporting directly to our CEO and working in close collaboration with senior leadership, they will oversee a broad range of activities to reach, influence, and inspire thousands of mission-driven individuals. This position offers an opportunity to lead and grow during a pivotal time for the organization and for the philanthropic, corporate social responsibility, and tech for good ecosystem.
