To implement fundraising strategies and meet annual and long-range goals focused on individual mid-level and major gift donors and prospects. The Development Officer will lead BHI’s effort to expand and strengthen its community of supporters and partners on the U.S. West Coast. Primary responsibilities will include the development and execution of campaigns and donor engagement strategies; conducting virtual and/or in-person cultivation and solicitation meetings; organizing and supporting gatherings and events; and supporting high-level interactions with donors, prospects, and connectors in the region.
